ALL STUDENTS:
- require current DSABC membership in order to participate in ANY SSASS Program (insurance provider).
- require completion of the relevant application form(s) SEE BELOW
- if using a sitski.... must weigh less than 175lbs for safety reasons (Safe lifting/Equipment Failure)
It's as easy as 1-2-3:
- Contact the registrar to ensure we have space and to get any questions you may have answered SSASS.Reg@gmail.com.
- Become a current member of DSABC (REQUIRED). Among other things, DSABC provides SSASS with insurance protection.
- Decide what program you wish to participate in and complete and send the forms (REQUIRED).
- ALL STUDENTS will need the main application form and medical form
- Out-Of-Town Guest Program students need the Out-Of-Town Guest Attachment as well.
- Schools program students need to complete the Schools Attachment as well.
- Schools, Local and Race Team programs have specific deadlines for application so check the season Events Calendar for details. Send in your completed forms to SSASS.Reg@gmail.com
