The Discovery Program for Okanagan Residents* provides an introduction to adaptive skiing for those who have not tried it out. A two hour lesson is provided at SilverStar Mountain Resort. All categories of standing skier/boarders/sit-skiers can be accommodated.

Volunteer instructors may provide up to three lessons at the resort at the discretion of the Discovery Coordinator. Lessons typically start at 9:00 or 1:00. SSASS may subsidize 100% of the cost of lift tickets and equipment rentals for these lessons.
Please note that your application cannot be considered until it is complete and the medical clearance letter is uploaded. Allow at least one week for us to process your application, post your lesson request and assign instructors.
